Description:

Imagine a world where academics and recreation meet. Summer Academic Adventures is a fun, adventurous program combining interesting, experiential courses with athletics and exciting outdoor activities. Choose from an extensive list of courses in the humanities, mathematics, science, art, computers, and Spanish.

Recreational activities include individual and team athletics, mountaineering, rock climbing, hiking, and more. Wednesday and Saturday excursions provide fun in the mountains for the entire student body.Open to rising 6th-11th Graders. Session 1: June 15 - July 5, 2008; Session 2: July 6 - July 26, 2008

Camp Season: 2004-06-14 to 2004-08-08
Sessions:

Each of the two three week sessions offers four Immersion Adventure experiences for rising 9th through 11th graders: Film and the Documentary Tradition, Leadership, Art and Philosophy, and Wilderness and the American Landscape.
